Price Matching Information
Destify will price match your room rates if you find a cheaper rate elsewhere. However, there are some important steps to follow, so please read below!
- You MUST book through our wedding website (Destify) in order to be counted as a guest for our wedding- so go ahead and book through the "Book Now" tab on this website, and then follow the below steps for a refund based on the price match you found (We recommend putting down a deposit instead of paying in full when you book, and then they will just reduce the amount you owe based on your price match)
- Price matches must be sent in with in 24 hours of booking
- Send a screen shot from your computer (they do not accept mobile phone screen shots) to guestservices@destify.com
- Price matches must be of the same "type" (same number of nights, room type, # of guests, etc) and refundable rates (if the rate you found is non-refundable they will not price match that)
- Destify prefers to work with the major players in the price match world (priceline, travelocity, expedia, etc), but they will do their best to honor prices for any website as long as they are able to verify the rooms you found and the above criteria is followed.

Additional information:
You have the option of booking a shuttle to and from the airport when booking- we recommend you do this and Destify will manage arranging the shuttle transport for you and your party.
Room rates and minimum night stay may fluctuate- currently there is a 3 night minimum stay but this could increase as the date gets closer. Additionally not all room types may be available at a later time, so book early to have access to the room type and stay length you would like!
